Victorville FCC
These are all Administrative documents regarding FOIA Request No. 2005-03244 ("the Victorville Request") filed by the Requester, and responses from the Federal Bureau of Prisons ("BOP") and the Central Justice Department's Office of Information and Privacy ("OIP"). This FOIA Request seeks a laundry list of standard reports and documentation from the Federal Correctional Complex ("FCC") at Victorville, California. FOIA Requestors must "exhaust," or complete, this administrative process before they can go to court, with some exceptions.
Here and everywhere, the Requestor thanks BOP FOIA/PA Chief Wanda Hunt and her staff for the consistent professionalism and efforts they have offered him, under a crush of national Requests, but without the resources to meet that crush.

When comparing these capacities numbers used by the BOP to the Weekly Population Report offered at http://www.bop.gov/news/weekly_report.jsp/, one will see all Victorville facilities currently hold more inmates than the BOP says they should.
